1.Vacuum regularly ( recommended is at least 3 times a week depending on traffic) the more dirt and dust you can keep off the surface the less that can travel to the bottom
2.Spotting: Try to remove spots as soon as possible ,the longer they set the better chance they soak into the fiber and become permanent. Always blot a spot never rub.(rubbing just spreads the spot and pushes them to the bottom).
3. NO BARE FEET. clean white socks or slippers. bare feet spreads body oil through the carpet that can mix with dust and dirt.
4. Carpet grooming. if possible pick up a groomer and rake the carpet before vacuuming, this stands up the fibers so you get up more when you vacuum.
5.Professionally Clean at least twice a year ( 3-4 times if you have heavy traffic) to maintain cleanliness and beauty. Remember the biggest cause of wear is dirt at the bottom of the carpet and stuck in fibers.
6 Protect the carpet after cleaning ..protection is like a non stick coating for your fibers.
